Hinchey has been garbage for years. I've never understood how he retains control. Many parts of his district are typical conservative NY Upstate, it ain't all the City of Evil.

Yes, he expresses 'support' and 'pride' in the troops. Then he goes on to repeat his slur, accusing the U.S., and by extension the troops, of a 'massacre.' Some pride. Some support," Finkelstein said. Hinchey stands by the letter, calling Finkelstein "a partisan apologist with an ax to grind."
Some would say that being called a "partisan apologist" by the likes of Maurice Hinchey is a badge of honor.

Isn't Hinchey one of the local leaders of the "democrat rapid response team," organized to make partisan attacks on Bush whenever possible?

Did you see him on Hannity and Butthead last night? He was pitiful. He backed himself into a corner and said we were simply producing hundreds of more bin ladens with our action in Iraq. He's got to be voted out of office... We need someone to run against him. I am embarrased that he is in Congress voting for me.
