I've probably sat through five dozen "Our diversity is our strength" brainwashing classes. I've never sat through one of those brainwashing sessions without attacking the teachers and questioning them. I also don't tolerate mishy mouthed feel good words, I ask them why and give me proof. These trained diversity teachers become quiet because they can't take the next step.
