Black Muslim US soldier is a suspect! ("10 U.S. Soldiers Hurt In Grenade Attack")

(CBS) Ten U.S. soldiers were injured, six or seven of them seriously, in a grenade and small arms attack at Camp Pennsylvania in northern Kuwait, reports CBS News Correspondent Mark Strassmann, who is traveling with the U.S. Army's 101st Airborne Division.

Strassmann said the grenades were rolled into two commanders' tents at the camp. When officers ran from the tents, they were hit by small arms fire.

"From our reports it appears that a terrorist penetrated Camp Pennsylvania, one or more terrorists threw two hand grenades into a tent," said George Heath, spokesman at Fort Campbell, home base of the 101st.

Strassman said three suspects were being held for questioning, two Kuwaitis who served a translators and an American soldier described as a black Muslim.

The injured soldiers were rushed to a field hospital but military officials had no word on their conditions, Lt. Cmdr. Charles Owens said from Camp As Sayliyah in Qatar.

The military did not identify the unit of the 101st that was in the camp but said it had been in Kuwait for about one week. Most of the division has entered southern Iraq.

Separately, Strassmann reported, an Iraqi rocket fired at U.S. forces in Kuwait was destroyed by Patriot missiles launched from nearby Camp New Jersey.

The terror and missile attack came as the U.S. assault on Iraq gained steam. American and British forces besieged the southern city of Basra and pounded Baghdad with impunity. But tough fighting loomed for coalition troops as they pressed deeper into Iraq.

The NOI/ Black Muslims, don't, in fact, use the Koran. They use the Protestant Bible ( both Testements ) and a jumble of made up garbage, which Elijah Muhammed wrote up in the 1930s and which has been expanded upon, by Louis Farrakhan. Even Malcom X, after having on on his Hadj, came back to the USA and said that the NOI was NOT anything remotely like REAL Islam.

These are the facts; why don't YOU attempt to face them ?

A man I work with is big time into the NOI (A real chip on the shoulder punk, but I get along with him all right). He quotes the Koran often and with great reverence. I'll have to ask him about it.

Frank Gaffney was on FOX News this afternoon railing about the possibility that Muslim Military Chaplains might be teaching that fighting against the Iraqis is not allowed by Islam. He was concerned that this Black Muslim soldier may have been influenced by some mullah. I don't know if that's the case. Sounds like the guy had lots of 'issues' to make him go off on his fellow soldiers like that!

They use some Koranic scripture; cherrypicked and NOT the entire Koran. The NOI is a hodge-podge of this and that. Having lived in Chicago, I got to read an awful lot about the NOI, for 17 years.

Don't expect to get the truth, about the NOI, from your fellow worker. If you're really interested, the Chicago Magazine and the Tribune, have run lengthy, fact filled articles, for decades, about the NOI and ALL of its " leaders ", for decades. Some were written by undercover journalists, others by members and ex-members, so EVERY spectrum has been covered.

If this isn't quite good enough, then might I suggest that you read Malcom X's own words, on the NOI ?

And NO , the NOI is NOT really a sect of Islam; it is a cult.
