From highest sources, Bob Arnot reporting that envelopes with white powder were confiscated from Iraqi soldiers with instructions on how to distribute Antrhax.
The instructions also told the soldiers to assume civilian clothing and mix in with the population, the confiscated material was promptly sent to a US Military lab for authentication.
