The DIAMONDBACK ran this??? I'm stunned. Maybe the College Republicans over there are making some inroads. When I was there, one of those MARYPIRG freaks followed me around campus for 20 minutes screaming because I threw a cigarette butt on the ground. :)

Sorry to sound cruel my friend, but it was a definite improvement to the overall human gene pool.

She wasn't a little girl, she was a 23 year old adult.

Rachel Corrie, 23, from Olympia, Wash., a member of the 'International Solidarity Movement,' burns a mock U.S. flag during a rally in the southern Gaza Strip (news - web sites) town of Rafah in this Feb. 15, 2003 file photo. Corrie was run over and crushed to death by an Israeli army bulldozer Sunday, March 16, 2003, while she was trying to stop it from tearing down a building in the Rafah refugee camp, witnesses said. |

Maybe right, but I can't help but feel bad for all those who wished they could change this world. One way or the other it is futile.

Beautiful. This is very good. Now we need a cartoon depicting the stupidity of suicide bombers that the potential bombers themselves can understand.: )

At this time there are over 200,000 fine young men and women about to change the world dramatically. I just hope that the Turkish government will assist in setting up a Turkish style federalized democracy with us in Iraq. That will send an earthquake through the sheikdoms of the Middle East which will shake the world for centuries if we are successful.

What can we do to stop producing them?Firing all the liberal brainwashing professors would be a good place to start.

Our local university paper has been running tons of conservative leaning stuff. It's easy to be liberal when times are good but when times get tough, people get real.

An American who burns an American flag on American soil is bad enough. Not neceesarily a traitor, but certainly bad enough. HOWEVER>>>>>>
An American who burns an American flag (even a mock flag) in front of America's enemies--remember these were the same people who danced in the streets when 3000 Americans died--anyone who burns a flag in front of America's enemies.... IS one of America's enemies. She got precisely what she deserved. She sewed the death she eventually reaped.

Love it! Surprised to see this in the UofMd paper. There is hope yet.
Feel bad for Ms Correy's family but really, what can you expect? This woman (a 23-year-old is not a girl) was extremely stupid!

Thanks for including the papers email addresses. I made sure to tell them that as an American serviceman, I was proud that they had the guts to print that. These peacenik (IE peace for everyone except Americans) socialist Anti-Semitic, Anti-American traitors really remind me of what Paul said in his letter to the Romans "Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and were vain in their reasoning...and their senseless hearts were darkened" (paraphrase)
