They should, but they won't. Too many of them are big-time Democrat donors themselves, and the others know that to sue these groups would just invite vandalism and threats against their own employees - which the city government would refuse to take any more seriously than they take the effects of the bum problem on tourism and local commerce.

We'll see what happens if the protesters make good on their threats to shut down the Financial District on the first day of the war - I know I'll be coming in at 6:30 am ready to fight my way into the office!
