About 60 officers dressed in riot gear are lifting and carrying handcuffed protesters who are lying in the intersections to police vans.

Finally a place they SHOULD be using billy clubs and tear gas.

Some of the demonstrators lying in the street and are being covered by white body bags, meant to symbolize peace.

RUN THEM OVER WITH BULLDOZERS .... or at least tell them that they are on their way.

Chevron? Charles Schwab?

Walter Shorenstein (real estate), Donald Fisher (The Gap), and the Haas family (Levi Strauss) are biggest I can think of - all are big-time Democrats. Chevron moved their headquarters out of San Francisco to San Ramon in the East Bay. I don't think Charles Schwab is a Democrat, though the company certainly gives money to every politically correct cause in the city. It's just protection money - most companies pay it.
