I think kofi needs to realize we could do a LOT to violate the charter, but we wont...
Like he could be kidnapped by special forces guerillas and dropped via parachute amongst an enclave of white supremicists up in northwest idaho...
like the movie "deliverance" only "kofi anan" style.
Or we could declare martial law, violate our own treaties, like the rest of these pukes do at will... and sieze all belligerents and then torture and execute them without a trial... just like they do in africa....
