The entire Commonwealth slipped on dog feces when it elected Paul Patton as Governor. Too bad someone can't sue him for letting thugs out of prison early, so that the State can spend all that money on recapturing and retrying them again for their new crimes, all in an effort to...save money...D'OH!!
