The SoreLoserman signs had a lot to do with swaying public opinion and making Gore look like the sorry little putz that he is which I believe emboldened the Bush team to stay in the fight, so Alterman has it at least partly right.

You are SO right....it was the SORE-Loserman signs!! They were FUNNY!! It also was the people BANGING on the glass dooor when they wanted to count the ballots in PRIVATE!! It was a PAul Revere kind of moment!!!
