I dismissed it at the time because Clinton had OK'd Clark's removal from NATO command. I figured wrongly that he would not run due to the baggage from that assignment and the rifts he caused in NATO.
I figure this guy has a grudge and wants to get even. He is not rowing with both oars.
"I hope he flames out like a bad firecracker. He is a dangerous man to have in power. If he get's close he will find the entire weight of his past crashing down on him. They have not even begun yet."
