maybe that's why Phil hates the Second Amendment so much. It all goes back to how he shot himself in the eye with his Red Ryder BB gun.

It IS Ralphie from "A Christmas Story".
After he got the BB gun he had nightmares about blood on his hands......and now you know the rest of the story.
