[history]
If Carol Moseley-Braun means what she says about campaigning for president in Iowa one voter at a time, Tom Hanson had all of her attention Saturday.
Hanson was the only soul - besides a dozen members of the local news media and half as many event coordinators - to brave a foot of fresh snow to hear the former U.S. senator from Illinois speak in Des Moines on Saturday afternoon.

Looks like Moseley-Braun and Sharpton have the empty chair vote all sewn up.
Don't laugh, in the Democratic primaries, empty chairs are probably allowed to vote.

Sharpton speaks to the "truly disenfranchised".... think about it... Chairs get a raw deal all the time..... they are always being moved around, some fat a$$ is always sitting on them, they get counted as if they don't even matter (
"Hey Buddy, how many chairs ya gonna need?"), and if someone doesn't like the color, they just cover them up......... blatant racism and classism......
I hope Sharpton will stand up for the rights of chairs........ someone needs to.....

Racist commies! Both of them.
To: SamAdams76
Don't be too quick to laugh. Jimmy Carter didn't have much going when he first visited Des Moines in the '74 Primaries. A group of Polk County Courthouse Democrats were attracted to Jimmy, however, and the rest is history.
To: SamAdams76
On the basis of the presented evidence, I'd say Al is attracting a better class of chair.

The empty chair vote.
Funny!
Someone should photoshop the image of transparent people in those chairs to signify the dead.

I agree about empty chairs being eligible, after all she is from Illinois isn't she?
Is this the Liberal version of 'empty suits'?

Here's a pic of Dracula in his coffin, to represent a dead Democrat voter. A bit hard to make out, I'm afraid.
