begin with, a leader who asks "Is we teaching our children how to read?" and can't pronounce the word "nuclear" does not help the citizens of our country rise to their intellectual potential.

Of course, a President who didn't know what that word "is" means certainly does that. But like all liberals, I'm sure you'e too much of a coward to defend these so-called ideas.
