Some people will think me harsh for saying this, but I will say it anyway.
This guy needs to be shoved up against a wall and shot. Quickly.
He knowingly gave aid and comfort to an identified enemy of the United States. For that, he needs to die.

They don't say if he was born here or is a naturalized citizen. If it's the latter, strip his citizenship and ship him to camp X-Ray. Then, after he is forgotten, he can be shipped to Yemen, and whether he survives after that... well?
We take citizenship away, as we should, from 87 year old Nazis and deport them. Seems like 30 year old terrorists should get at least the same treatment.
