Ha! You just TRY to build your own rocket, in order to get into outer space - One, you would have to get a waiver from the FAA in order to clear airspace where you intend to launch (and I seriously doubt they'd give you a waiver for that altitude...), secondly, in order to manufacture or otherwise purchase an engine with enough power, you would need various permits from the BATF... Then, there are environmental impact statements for your launch site, building permits for constructing the launch site - oh yes, they regulate outerspace...

So you can scratch that one off your list ;0)

Hitlery only won because of all the liberal commies in NY City. Most of the rest of the state did not vote for her. I heard something "interesting" about her last night from a cop. He said while he was in the academy, he learned that members of Hitlery's entourage spit on New York police officers......I told him I was aware of another incident where Hitlery's driver injured a police officer, who subsequently was out of work for at least a month, when her driver went through a security checkpoint after 9/11 because Hitlery didn't want to be delayed getting to her private plane. He asked what happened to her/her driver after that? I told him, as far as I know, not one thing and that the officer was told he could not discuss the incident after he spoke to reporters initially....he was ordered to squash it.....gee, I wonder why? It comes as no surprise why the police and military hate her.
