I had e-mailed them a couple of weeks ago regarding Patty Murray's outrageous comments about her boyfriend Bin Laden. Got back the usual form letter from Feinstein, nothing from Boxer.

Nah. Just repeal the 17th Amendment and let states appoint the Senators. Today's Senators are loyal only to their parties; if the states appoint them, their loyalties will change and party blocks will be more difficult to maintain.
