The FBI has already admitted that they submitted non-Clintonian DNA for the test - in the name of "national security" of course!
Do you have a source for that admission? What I recall is that they took actual Clinton DNA-- which is how Starr was able to prove a match with the stain on Monica's dress. In the name of national security, Starr included only a small piece of that DNA coding in his report.
