More people died in the Spanish Flu Pandemic of 1918-19 than both World Wars. +675k died in the US alone and an estimated 20 to 100 million died world-wide.

Stomach flu is a misnomer. There is no such thing.
According to Mayo Clinic, flu or, influenza has the following symptoms: Fever and chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches and pains, fatigue and weakness, and nasal congestion.
