The book is clearly favourable to Bush. Perhaps the WH is trying to help promote it this way.

They gave him a job...and he's biting the hand that fed him.

Remember when Clinton feigned outrage when photographers caught him dancing with the Hildebeast on the beach? The feigned outrage heightened attention. To be able to lead, you have to win. Bush is a winner AND a leader.
