Thank you very much for your prayer. I hope Schroeder will be ousted soon because so many people here in Germany are disappointed and very very angry about his lies and socialist attitude. It is thanks to him and this bunch of leftist Greens that Germany is becoming more and more unpopular and hated. Due to this impertinent propaganda also against the USA and the american people our reputation is more and more ruined. I'm so angry and mad at this. I hope this all will soon come to an end.

I think it would be easy to see Germany as an ally and friend again, especially after our 50 year history together.

But you are right, many Americans now understand that when we are under attack and our friends are needed the most, it is only the British who will stand by us during the tough times.

As far as I can tell, our friends the Brits will only criticize us privately with so much at stake. And Americans will long not forget the fact that the British didn't lose thier compassion for our loss or their sharing of our outrage and anger after such a short time - and certainly not for political gain.

In the US, we cherish that kind of friendship and loyalty and teach it to our children.

Somehow, the German people (in rewarding Schroeder's anti-Americanism) forgot that, or never learned it.
