Wow, 165 lbs and he's benching 430. Amazing. I weigh around 310 and I can barely bench my own weight, maxed at 315 last night.

Wow! I always wanted to bench 405, but never did. Last time I max'ed, nearly a year ago, I got up 385, but failed on 405.

I just turned 40, so I don't max very often. But since the clock is ticking, I realize that I better give up that dream or hurry up and do it.
