If they are all arrested, which is fairly likely in my opinion, backlash won't be severe at all. Besides that this just isn't that big of an issue for most people, you've got a guy who looks like a nut. Combine those two things, and you get a postcard from prison that reads "wish you were here."

By the way, "Tombstone Tumbleweed?" Are these mexican restaurants? In my neck of the woods, they have Mexican restaurants with the same name. If so, I think that would be pretty darn close to ironic, but that's just me...

They stand a good chance of being arrested however, the jury pool would also be in the same state of fear of invasion because of proximity. Play to the fears of the jurors and Mr. Simcox, rightly, walks.
