[history]
An environmental advocacy group is suing to stop the first cruise ship visit planned for Moloka'i on Dec. 28, saying an environmental assessment of the potential impact is needed.
Earthjustice, on behalf of Moloka'i community group Hui Ho'opakele 'Aina, filed the suit in Maui's second circuit court yesterday arguing that the state must conduct an environmental study because the cruise line Holland America will use state land when it anchors and ferries passengers in its visit.

There's a radical, liberal/CAVE/NIMBY group protesting ANYTHING in Hawaii. Nothing is sacred until someone wants to do something with it. But, let's not cut off their funding, that's unconstitutional?!

They are in for surprises to come, especially financial when they are going to be asked to PROVE their points in the courts in Hawaii, at the least.
Tables will be turned.
The average citizen investor/owner is tired of being told what they can or cannot do with their privately owned assets by a bunch of mini-terrorists who were never toilet trained...

Molokai is not worth protecting, environmentally speaking. 3/4ths of the island is surrounded by mud-flats caused by erosion from pineapple plantations. It is an ecological wasteland.

...ecological wasteland.
And the air between the ears of the loons of Earthjustice who are using ecological crap to justify their anarchist movement...

I'm not so sure the courts - judges - in Hawaii will be dispense justice or comply with the law. Most of the judges are appointed, therefore liberal, and owe their exisence to liberal friends and organisations. They owe, they owe, they owe and off to court they go.
