The article has EVERYTHING to do with alleged causes for the shortage of doctors, does it not? What's wrong with expanding upon the analysis, after initiating with and including direct quotes (and not calling it an excerpt)? I came to the thread because I thought it was an article from the Washington Times. Instead, I get ONE SENTENCE from the article, then your (unattributed) diatribe.
