"Seven nuclear heads have already been positioned on American soil, before September 11, and they are ready to be detonated.

The above came from the link - I'm not sure I believe this. If these nuclear heads were placed here prior to Sept 11, then I would think they would have already been detonated.

Yes, it seems like when they had the economy down after Sept. 11 they would have just kept going...not wait for the economy to recover like it has.

Let us hope this story is bunk. Someone has obviously given the plan a lot of thought. Either a dreaming fiction writer or a truly scary mastermind.

The same thing used to be said about the Soviets in the 60's. The story was that they had planted suitcase nukes, smuggled in diplomatic pouches, all around sensitive sites in the US and were gonna detonate them prior to a strike. I don't think Al-queda is the type to get a shiny new toy and not use it.

If al-Qaeda planted seven nuclear warheads in the US prior to September 11th, they will not detonate today--nuclear weapons need constant maintenance to remain combat-ready, and I doubt that a bunch of camel-fornicating al-Qaeda types will have the spare parts or the technical expertise needed to perform said maintenance.
