I do not think that a recount here will degenerate into the type of fiasco that there was in Florida. This state will not put up with that kind of garbage, and our laws are clear on how the recount is done.

If laws are to be obeyed then why do election officials break the law by not counting ABSTAIN votes? No U.S. election official counts ABSTAIN votes for non-Congressional voting. Those votes are tallied as "machine-error", or attributed to "voter confusion."
The reality is that the voter voted for "none of the above," which is a legally cast ABSTAIN vote.
To count these votes as votes for yourself is to GORE an election, something THE NINE SUPREMES overlooked in 2000.
