It appears that way.

I really believe that they are a member of Al-Fuqra.

ping, thanks TexKat, I will clean up the timeline/body-count and put it out again tonight.

I already heard of their confirmed links to the Arizona killing
in March 2002, and the two Clinton Maryland liquor stores
in Clinton MD in September, and will include those in the timeline.

You poste what many of us have been saying about the Devil of Death, John Muhammad, since his identity was made known.

I really believe that they are a member of Al-Fuqra.

Forget this stuff that he is or isn't a member of al Qaeda. He is/was/ probably an al Fuqra member.

ST. JOHN'S, Antigua — Beltway Sniper suspect John Muhammad planned to use explosives to rob a bank while he lived on the Caribbean island of Antigua between 2000 and 2001, according to the prime minister.

Muhammad and John Lee Malvo were arrested last month and charged with murder in a string of sniper attacks that terrorized the Washington, D.C. area. They have since been accused of attacks in two other states.

On Wednesday, Antigua Prime Minister Lester Bird told state-run radio that Muhammad is suspected of planning a crime there.

"This is a serious guy," Bird said. "There is information that he intended to rob a bank. He was seeking the explosives to do that."

Investigators have said a witness told them Muhammad once suggested kidnapping Bird for ransom. They have not identified the witness but say there is no indication Muhammad acted on the alleged threat.

The four-member task force has also determined that Muhammad, who arrived in Antigua in 2000, illegally acquired an Antiguan passport and that officials were negligent in approving the application.

Reported By: Kevin Rowson Web Editor: Tracey Christensen Last Modified: 11/7/2002 2:54:01 PM

In a breaking news story on 11Alive News at Noon, reporter Kevin Rowson revealed that ballistics tests link the two Washington-area sniper suspects to a murder in Atlanta.

Federal and local law enforcement sources confirmed to Rowson that detectives have linked a homicide that occurred here in September to a weapon left by the sniper suspects in Alabama.

The handgun was found at a Montgomery liquor store after the murder of the manager on Sept. 21. A fingerprint found at the scene linked the killing to sniper suspect Lee Malvo.

Less than 24 hours earlier, the same handgun was used to kill a liquor store employee in Southwest Atlanta. Someone shot 41-year-old Millien Woldemariam once in the back of the head and once in the torso.

The owner of the package store on Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive said she heard the two shots but did not see a gunman.

"I heard the bullets. It's not loud but like, how to explain to you, 'poof, poof,'" she said.

The murder remained unsolved until Atlanta authorities sent ballistics tests to the D.C. Sniper Task Force, where a match to the discarded handgun was made.

Officials with the police department have made no confirmation of the report but planned an afternoon news conference.

Muhammad and Lee Malvo have been charged in the sniper attacks that left 12 dead in Alabama, Louisiana and the Washington, D.C., area.

These two mass murdering thugs have ended a left wing myth that only evil whites are mass murderers and serial killers!

Of course there was plenty of data like the Zebra killings in San Francisco in the early 1970's that proved this Political Correctness myth to be wrong.
