Stupid, dumb cops!

I guess you have this all figured out. I'd like to hear your conclusion along with all of the facts that support it.

If you haven't figured it out by now, I am surprised. However, it isn't time-profitable to debate the issue. But I will make a disclaimer ... I don't think ALL cops are dumb and stupid. I love the police men and women who patrol my neighborhood.

BTW, thank you for your service to our country! And I mean that!
