Police say runaway and accidental death...the mother doesn't believe it, and neither does anyone else who knew Chris. Incompetency at it's best.

"Accidental?" This kid dragged trash cans back to his house - and was found dead a mile away?
What everyone in High Point should be asking is why their local police - which supposedly searched this area - didn't find this kid, but some out-of-staters found him in under three hours.

A damn shame. Peace and prayers to his family...

The kid died under an overpass by accident? Maybe he fell. Maybe, being a kid, he died of exposure instead of going to any nearby house for warmth.
But maybe it's no accident at all.

The coroner's report should be useful... so should an explanation as to why they missed him at that site earlier. The other question I have: was there are construction activity going on at that site in the past week? If so, that argues for him being brought to that site much later.

How can they even say this before the autopsy? The kid was happy and bright, and just went out to bring in the trash cans.
WTF is up with these cops? Sorry, but this makes me so damn angry. At least they could wait until the coronor nails down the cause of death.

This seems pretty far-fetched to me.
