No but those that have do not have anything to complain about. People have officially been able to use Kurdish for around a decade and besides they spoke it amongst themselves for centuries and noone bothered them. You must be following the wrong type of press.

Has Turkey repealed the ban on T.V. broadcasting in Kurdish?
