You are right about the rats trying to steal the election, but how we can really stop them is a mystery. Here in California, no poll watchers allowed inside the polling places makes keeping them honest difficult at best.

The rats are planning to steal and challenge this 2002 election in Florida and California and anywhere else if they lose and they will ask for recounts with all sorts of stories about democrat voters being so stupid and ending with the Supreme Court having to decide the outcome.
