The hunter was actually hunting for deer. It's now legal bow season in Texas in October and there are plenty of deer in that part of Harris County.

Bizzare story. I saw it on the local Houston evening news. The hunter is black and the perpetuator is white, btw, not that it really matters.

The guy probably just wanted to shoot him in the butt to teach him a lesson and it got a little more serious. Not easy explaining why the guy was backing up toward you.
