Don't worry, they are just reprograming the software so they will work "properly".

Miriam Oliphant should be tarred, feathered, beaten and chained to Alcee Hastings in a dungeon, sealed and ignored for 500 years and then their dust should be reclaimed and used for cat litter.

Nahhhhh,,,,,that's too easy.

They are not missing. Votes are being cast on them as I write. Then, they'll turn up on the 5th all stuffed and ready to be counted.

Officials for the county and Election Systems & Software, the machines' manufacturer, said the machines would be of little value to anyone who finds them.

Anyone, except the demon-rats.

As for machines used for voter outreach, two were left at the South Florida Sun-Sentinel until the paper informed the elections office three weeks ago.

The outreach program, paid for in part by a $603,429 state grant, also has been controversial. Oliphant has been criticized for using it to give thousands of dollars in public money to her political allies.

Outside consultants, many of them friends of Oliphant, were hired to demonstrate the machines to civic clubs and condominium groups, and at fairs and other public events.

Those "political allies" include the Sun-Sentinel, which is now scrambling and screaming in bogus indignation about Oliphant, whom they endorsed for Supervisor of Elections and printed glowing articles about before the primary fiasco. Now the poster girl for Democratic fraud and incompetence is radioactive, not running the election, but still in office, and the rat paper, along with the county politicians responsible, run for cover.

Hypocrisy at its finest.

"Cotter predicted the machines would be found 'in somebody's trunk or someplace's closet.'"

Yeah, but on election night, with 90% of the votes for McBride, and the other 10% as non-votes for governor.
