Often times small traffic infractions can be indicators of impaired drivers or felonies in progress, such as drunk driving. As the write-in governor of Maryland, no doubt one of your first campaigns will be to ask all local police departments to refrain from serving the safety needs of the citizens who elected you.

more often than not, police officers are used to manufacture revenue through radar traps and summons quotas... too often the felonies that minor infractions indicate, are caused by the tension of these minor infractions escalating into confrontations with law officers... so much so that the general public impression of troopers becomes that they are to be avoided at all costs... not what they were intended to be, and to the detriment of society and the law enforcement organization...
