It doesn't seem particularly fair to men, does it? Knowledge-wise, aren't they at a disadvantage as far as who the father is?

Having sex with a woman is an offer to support her child. A man should be held to that and I have no problem with multiple fathers-by-imputation. By the same token a women who has sex is making a commitment to raise a child and abortion should not be any sort of option.
