No he doesn't. But that didn't stop two worse-than-mediocre schools (MTSU and Fisk) from hiring him to teach!!! I called and complained that they had their nerve using my tax dollars to hire a "professor" who did not have the credentials to teach anything in college but they didn't care.

I researched this back in 2000, the only degree al earned is a B.A. in Government, Harvard 1969. He earned no post-graduate degree.
