This thread needs wide distribution because of the lawyer information on the video -- it is very important that this information get out to help with the Republican Senate campaigns.

I have to be gone for a short time and was wondering if you guys could bump this for me while I am gone.

Jeb got tort reform...not enough, but some. Trial lawyer-Dems. hate that. (^:

President Bush never made his fight for tort reform a secret...which is why the Trial Lawyers fought so hard to defeat him in 2000. Sleazy ambulance chasers, led in DC by John "Snake" Edwards.

Corpus Christi residents sound off on lawsuit abuse, lawyers vs. doctors - no question what America wants.

Doesn't it scare you that the FL RATs are running two lawyers in McBride/Rossin and expect everyone to go along with having both in power. But then I guess that is what you get when McAuliffe gets involved in Florida.

Just glad that mcBride is such a horrible debater with the uh, uh, uh -- cannot wait until the radio debate! At least we will know who is talking by the pauses and uh's!

Thanks for posting this info. There's also a thread about PA physicians supporting Fisher for this very reason.

All Freepers need to send this video link to anyone in the medical field...to let them know 'help is on the way'.

We have so many great resources...and the mainstream press is all but ignoring them. It's outrageous. Has the press ever been this bad? We'll have to find another way...like Regnery books gave us a voice on the bookshelves. I'm sorry the banner planes are off limits in Fla...the Freepers Air Force rocked!

I remember the Freeper Air Force! Never have seen the press as bad as it is today! Without the Internet it would be really bad!

Tort reform, tort reform, tort reform! You are so right - the medical field needs to see this! They can have their trial lawyers - we'll take the docs!

The mainstream press is just as terrified as the RATS are! They thought that the RATS were going to win a ton of seats in the House and keep the Senate. They are beginning to realize that if the GOP voters stay motivated, they are toast. If we don't work hard, we will lose everything. We must remain vigilent - our country is at stake. We must volunteer for anything they need. Just think how we will feel on election night if we keep the House and take back the Senate! And just think about how grateful our beloved President will be!

PKM, I've got a draft ready to go to my favorite dixiecrat. Before I send it:

I know he's going to ax one question, and make one apology:

"Well, how much did the lawyers give to the Republicans?"

"Yeah, the lawyers own the WHOLE Senate, including the Republicans. They're ALL on the take!"

You and I know that really isn't the point, but how do I answer in a way that makes him THINK?

Thanks.

You might want to cite from Open Secrets about donations of Lawyers to Congress:

$42,679,328 to Dems (72%)
$16,505,896 to Republicans (28%)

Here is the Senate breakdown:

$25,199,328 Total
69% to DemocRATS
31% to Republicans
Jean Carnahan (D-Mo) -- top recipient in the Senate from lawyers

LOL!!!

A smack would feel good!

I have a nerf ball that I throw at the TV on occasion and my mute button wore out on my other remote during the 2000 campaign!

I detest ambulance chasers. Here in Norman there is a scandal about a nurse who used the same needle and infected other pain clinton patients which Hepatitis C which I consider a crime.

That said, the next morning after it broke there was a half page ad in the local paper from a lawyer asking patients to call him for a lawsuit before the total details came out. It was bigger than the political ads! Since then several lawfirms keep paying for big ads in the paper. Guess they are look to be reimbursed from the lawsuits.
