You heard it hear first!! This is all a ploy. Torecelli is not resigning. He has asked his lawyers to make a motion to remove his name from the ballot. This can't be done. Therefore he is in. Meanwhile, he has gotten all of this great press about what a good guy he is, and how Clinton's voice cracked at the thought of Torecelli not being in the Senate(Don't forget, Clinton is popular in New Jersey).
