Never tried to carve a pumpkin this difficult, but I'm going to give it a shot.

Carving pumpkins with the right tools is really easy. Be sure and buy one of the kids with the small knives, etc. that look like their couldn't cut anything. They work great.
My kids and I have been carving pumpkin designs for years since we saw them at Fiesta, Texas! They look really good!
This one is going on my front porch!
Welcome HOME!

Dude, there is really something wrong with you.
But thank heavens for that, huh?
(BTW -- Because you've returned to FreeRepublic in a big way, I now owe a substantial sum of money at the next fundraiser.)
LOL.

PhiKap Mom is right. You need special tools to carve a pumpkin with this patttern. They are available for a few dollars at most larger discount stores.
They inlude a tool that allows you to poke through the pumpkin, like a large needle. You follow the pattern poking the holes, and then use a knife to finish the job.
Anyway, very cool pattern, and thank you for posting it! I think I will make one to annoy the democrat down the street. HA!

And for those pumplins that will be smashed during the party, how about Gore and/or Daschle?
