Not too bad for a RINO! ;-)

Shaheen (aka Clinton-In-Drag) has the first lying attack ad running up here now. It will be down and dirty before November 7th.

Sununu is not a RINO.

Okay, this is a GOP polling firm. Still, I have to note one very positive item (IMHO) for Sununu. Even after a divisive primary, he has a noticeable lead in favorable ratings (59%-54%) and a significant "lead" in unfavorable ratings (31% to Shaheen's 43%). I'm pleasantly surprised to see those numbers.

I can only hope this poll reflects reality. There are so many people moving up to NH from Massachusetts and then they forget why they moved in the first place and vote for the DemonRats.

I know. Did you see the winking smiley face?

I had two long-standing arguments on the Smith vs. Sununu threads - contesting the "Sununu is a moderate/RINO" charge, and contesting the "Smith can't beat Shaheen" charge.

The radio ad where it sounds like a random man on the street interview? It's pretty slick. I wish Sununu'd thought of it first. Just get a supporter to say what you want and have him speak into a mic on a street corner. Bingo-- surreality!

Maybe Sununu needs to outflank Shaheen elsewhere. Perhaps a five-to-ten minute phone call with the King Of All Media?

I don't think Stern has the same stroke in NH as he does in NJ and NY. I think NH is more of an Imus state.

Good news. Thanks for the post. My two cents says that if Smith had won the primary he would not be in nearly so strong a position today.

My two cents say if it were Smith instead of Sununu, he'd still be leading by about 47-42%.
