China is far more vulnerable technologically than the USSR was. There is a vigorous black market in North Korea. So I'd imagine that there is a vigorous one in China. Combine that with the Information Age, and it's a powerful combination.

It's a shame that folks right here can not understand the concept of freeing a market that can not be suppressed in the u.S.
