Wether anything was found on her or not, the original news report was that Noelle was busted for possesing cocaine. THAT is what people will remember. They will not remember the correction on page 32D. Their plan is working perfectly.

While the substance seems to not be an illegal drug, having it in or on your shoe is clearly having it 'on your person'.
Which would be more understandable and believible if this wasn't the second time she has been caught in this rehab center with drugs(prescription pills the first time). This girl obviously needs help and is struggling with addiction. Desperately looking for a scapegoat doesn't do her any favors.
I've changed my mind. It's not a matter of what the meaning of the word "is" is. It's more a matter of "The bitch set me up."
Noelle Bush has a problem. She is apparently addicted to drugs. It does not make her an evil person, but this business of bending over backwards to excuse any wrongdoing by "our side" is appalling. It is no different from what the kool-aid Clintonines were doing during impeachment and its aftermath.
The media whores used this opportunity to smear Bush.
It has the stink but not the timing. They could have said that they found WMD on her, but JEB has nothing at stake today. It's in NOVEMBER that this would work as a plant-n-smear.
Why shoot your wad before a DEM primary? JEB is unopposed today.
