What is the National Council of Womens Organizations? I never heard of it before this thread. Is this a new group formed specifically for this protest?

I'm sure it's something trumped up for just this occasion. Doesn't matter, though. No matter how small, new or irrelevant your group, if it's liberal enough it'll get plenty of press. You know the media, always standing up for the "little man,'' especially the liberal little man.
