This is another example of pseudoscientific
cr@p that gets research funding. It would be funny except that tax dollars are wasted. I'm sure you could find dozens of similar "research projects" in the us.
I am an ENT surgeon and I am unaware of any diseases that can be diagnosed by nose size. Maybe someone can enlighten me.

I go next Friday to have an MRI for the tumor in my left ear. I checked my nose. Nope. Same size.

I believe it's called the Clinton Avowal Syndrome.

I don't know one where size matters, but position is crucial. In naso-anal proximity, ie nose in someones rectal fundament, there is a high correlation with being a liberal Clinton supporter, and therefore one of subnormal intelligence and probable insanity.
