This is a very conservative law school.

"endorsed by Scalia and Thomas"
Do they teach that there actually *is* a Fourth Amendment,
or do they consider that a heresy?

Are there any character building activities -- such as football or baseball -- involved?

Only after you pee in a cup.

How does this work? The ABA accrediting colleges makes as much sense as NAMBLA accrediting day care centers.

No, they believe there is a 4th Amendment. They just don't think the framers intended that it be enforced in any way that might conflict with the executive branch's wishes.

Unfortunately, their football team is terrible. Every play is a Hail Mary...

I see, so it's like Dean Wormer would say:
"That amendment is on double secret probation"?

Conservative or not, I'm not overly enthused about pouring more lawyers into this country.

A bit of good news. Its refreshing to know that we will have a group of students who are not only lawyers, but carry with them a sense of right and wrong. ;)

I can't speak for Thomas, but Scalia is quite strong on the 4th.
This is a great school, Bork on faculty, etc., etc.....

Good. I'm glad. I'm not a practicing Catholic anymore, however, this law school realizes that we are living in perilous times -- basically, a totalatarian society. A couple of years ago, I was babysitting my sister and her husband's dog for a couple of days while they were out of town, and out of boredom, was flipping through the TV channels. I came to a religious channel which featured this law school. I was impressed. They know what they (we really) are up against. The guest (I don't know if he is the dean of the law school) suggested that laws today are made by legislatures that don't care a whit whether the laws pass Constitutional muster. Laws are passed for one reason or another, usually, to please the contributors. That did it for me, because I know that our legislators don't care about the Constitution.
