It seems like this might be an effective way to get rid of any Judges that might have a strong Christian belief. If there's no more Christian judges, then expect many more decision along these lines, and it will only get worse.

What a crock! This is all about freedom of association - EVERY BIT OF IT!!!! This, if someone out there in the City of fruits and nuts (apologies to the non-abnormal minority of that city) has the unmitigated gall to defy this order and hopefully take it to the SCOTUS. We wait with baited breath ;)

The joke's on these stupid people. Boy Scouts is doing just fine, not allowing teenage boys to be taken out on overnight camping trips by homosexual men, and by refusing to allow anal-intercourse-between-men-is-safe-healthy-good-normal gaydeology to be presented to impressionable young men. The pro-Sodomites are losing on this one, big time. They just make a really big stink on the way down.
