Judge Gladys Kessler Bio (Clinton Judge Who Is Siding With Terrorist Sympathizers)
United States District Court of The District of Columbia (Official Gov't Site) ^

Posted on 08/02/2002 6:41:48 PM PDT by Recovering_Democrat

Judge Kessler was appointed to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in July 1994. She received a B.A. from Cornell University and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School. Following graduation, Judge Kessler was employed by the National Labor Relations Board, served as Legislative Assistant to a U.S. Senator and a U.S. Congressman, worked for the New York City Board of Education, and then opened a public interest law firm. In June 1977, she was appointed Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. From 1981 to 1985, Judge Kessler served as Presiding Judge of the Family Division and was a major architect of one of the nation’s first Multi-Door Courthouses. She served as President of the National Association of Women Judges from 1983 to 1984, and now serves on the Executive Committee of the ABA’s Conference of Federal Trial Judges and the U.S. Judicial Conference's Committee on Court Administration and Management.

This genius just ruled the DOJ must make public all the names of detainees held for questioning in the 9/11 attacks. In a time of war, Judge Kessler has taken it upon herself to determine how that war is conducted. How nice.

Al Qaeda will get this info, regroup their cells, and be back in business. When another terrorist attack occurs, be sure to thank
GLADYS KESSLER
and the President who appointed her:
BILL CLINTON.

When will liberals ever ever learn?

Gladys was in the middle of some other stupidity a while back. I remember a picture of a slight woman with a bad wig. What was the old gyrl up to?

Multi-Door Courthouses

You mean Illustrious Emperor Major Brigadier General Gladys Kessler?

A higher court will undoubtedly tell this queen of the bitches to shut up, sit down, and keep her snout out of Pentagon affairs.

Too bad she can't empathize with the people killed on 9/11. If she had a relative on one of the planes that crashed into the World Trade Center, she wouldn't be so smug.

She received a B.A. from Cornell University...

A "City of Evil" bump! Isn't there a ping list for this?

She is an outrage!!! She is the judge that misinterpreted the commissioners term on the civil rights counsel. I think that was just over turned a couple of months ago. Also she is the one who tried to put the labor union/ Rat party veto power documents back in the bottle. It was a Landmark Legal case and don't know the status. Judge Kessler is probably the most overturned judge in history. This ruling here is very, very dangerous.

Idea

Could the DC freeper community persuede a local law firm to hire her?(buy her off) get her off the bench.

If not, remember how news crews and protesters were waiting outside of Ken Starr's home every morning b4 he went to work. Lets Freep her house!

You are right, Gladys has definitely been interfering lately. I refer you to Kessler backs MF Berry . She was embroiled in the effort to deny 43's appointment to the US Civil Right's Commission. Based on her being a Clinton appointment - her competence is thus self-evident - she was overturned on appeal - naturally. Regards
