A Sierra Madre woman who civilly sued several judges who ruled against her in custody hearings was declared a vexatious litigant Tuesday by an Orange County judge in Santa Ana.
The designation prevents Idelle Clarke from filing any further legal motions statewide unless she posts $25,000 each time.
