Bit of irony as third party candidates usually do more damage to Republican candidates (specifically Teddy Roosevelt and Ross "Where Am I Now" Perot).

Certainly wouldn't be the first time that this was done in politics.

Janet's loss in the general election to a Bush would be just another refusal of the Clinton years. I don't know that the DNC really wants that showdown. If they don't financially back her, she's broke and the election is pretty much conceeded before it begins. If they do financially back her campaign, they are diverting funds from other scampaigns and are pretty much throwing away money at a lost cause.

Janet's campaign is broke because she has put all the money in her own pocket - that was the sole reason for her running the first place IMO. She has ALL the FBI files and wants to get paid for them.
